Domaine de la
Romanée-Conti
|
Vintage 1990-2015
|
|
|
The
status of DOMAINE DE LA ROMANÉE-CONTI, (or ‘DRC’) at the
uppermost tier of the finest wines of Burgundy for over a
century is unmatched. Admired by critics and mercilessly
sought after by Burgundy (even non-Burgundy) collectors,
DRC is the epitome of Burgundy at its absolute finest.
The hallowed soils of DRC can trace the wine making history
to the 10th century. Obsessive dedication to quality and an
unrivaled track record which spans across centuries affirm
DRC’s reputation at the very top of the echelon. Books have
been written about the domaine and today, more than ever,
the wines are some of the most valuable in the world. Every
bottle of DRC on the table is an occasion unto itself. It is
no overstatement that it is the most famous domaine in the
world.
DRC’s unbeatable reputation is backed by an unparalleled
track record; no other domaine in Burgundy can lay claim to
equal the consistency, pedigree and longevity of the
domaine’s wines.
Today, we are pleased to offer a wide spread collection of
DRC single bottles for the most dedicated Burgundy
aficionados from vintage 1990 thru 2015, including the very
rare Montrachet grand cru. These bottles were procured
direct from the domaine’s direct importers and have never
been moved since they were received in Singapore, stored in
ideal and steady cellar condition.
All order requests will be processed subject to remaining
availability and final written confirmation. No further
discount. Full settlement is required to confirm orders.
Please note the special terms and conditions that apply.

“Unquestionably the
finest Echezeaux I have encountered from this famed
estate, the 2003 explodes from the glass with
candied raspberries, violet, and red cherries.
Stunningly marrying elegance with richness and
density, this medium to full-bodied wine is ample,
pure, and velvety-textured. Loads of sweet red
fruits are found in its persistent, sensual
character.”
